About Misty Lee Brown

Bombastic singer, actress, speaker and presenter, Misty Lee Brown’s repertoire boasts an iconic mix of traditional jazz and riotous blues, peppered with moments of gospel, soul, Motown & swing. Having performed in a number of world-class venues, from Trafalgar Square to Cadogan Hall, Misty is a natural-born entertainer, equally at home on stage as on set.

A rich, silky voice that stretches from timeless jazz hits such as Fly Me to the Moon to live gospel and comedy sets, Misty’s energetic presence lends itself beautifully to weddings, birthdays, fine dining receptions, and corporate events.

Her own original jazz tracks are currently in the works, soon to be released.

Continuing in the long tradition of the entertainment greats, Misty (or rather, Shola Adewusi) is also a professional actress, currently appearing in the CBS comedy Bob Hearts Abishola, she also appeared in the BAFTA-winning features Chewing Gum and Damilola, Our Beloved Boy. More recently, she can be seen in Paddington 2, Dustin Hoffman's Quartet, and alongside Idris Elba in the 1980's comedy In The Long Run.
